Patient and Encounter Level  Processing - This Allows Charting, Progress
Reports,  Notations, Insurance Information, Billing and Statements, entry, tracking,
and  analysis on both the Patient and Encounter Levels.

Scheduling - This module allows scheduling and tracking of appointments by
Providers, Rendering Doctors, Procedures, Facilities/Locations, and Patients.   

Patient Medical History - Electronic Medical Records/History are maintained and
historically tracked.  Patient Vitals, Immunizations, Conditions, Allergies, and
Medications can be entered, reviewed, analyzed and reported on easily and quickly
real-time.

EPhysician - Ability to Dynamically build and enter encounter charts online.  Allows
for automated speciality fee structure entry with auto batch posting.  Patient
Progress reporting, customized progress reports for your speciality are created and
linked to a patients encounter for reporting and progression analysis.  
Transcription word processing with dynamic data inputs. Ability to pre-define forms,
paragraphs, short hand, and data to be dynamically input.  Easily define internal
jump points for quick locating and entry of specific transcription entries.

Scanning - Document scanning, storage and retrieval is available as an integrated
module.  Quick and easy attachment of supporting documentation  to a patient
and/or encounter is easy.  All scanned documents can be searched and  reviewed
easily from any windows workstation.

Automated Calling System - This is an integrated outbound calling solution for
patient  reminders, emergencies and alerts.  Call lists can be created based upon
our customizable criteria.  You can use your voice for call scripts and personalize
messages.

Web - Browser based real-time application interface.  With proper security, your    
Physicians and/or Staff can review Schedules and Medical Records remotely from
any authorized internet connection.

Billing - Automated posting assistant for easy charge entry.  Incorporates  
integrated Line Item payment processing.  Bill's are  generated  in Electronic
and/or  Paper form.  Insurance billing is available for both Professional and
Institutional claims. Medicare, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, HMO, PPO claims are all catered
too.   Patient statements and aging analysis is simple with many forms to choose
from .
